Game Tutorials
Excellent site if your a programmer or not. It describes and illustrates techniques used by the most current games and those not so current. I even found some code snippets on here that helped me write a dos app!
Bores DSP
DSP or Digital Signal Processing. Its something that a professor has told me that I should look into and learn about in order to further my robotic expertise and knowledge. This sight starts small and hold gobs of info on this topic. I believe these people offer some sort of services. I'm not really sure but this is a link to some great info for beginner DSP stuff.
DirectX Graphics C -C++ Tutorials
DirectX Graphics made easy...yea right!! DX is so god damn hard. These are the tutorials presented by the folks who invented DX. So it would seem that this is the place to go to check it out.
PicBasic Pro Online Manual
The manual and command set for the PicBasic Pro Compiler. This compiler allows you to compile BASIC language style code for the PIC16f84 not to mention many other PIC Chips. There is also an example for every single command.

Dubbed as the #1 amateur robotics site on the net. This site has wonderful articles ranging from the beginner to the advanced hardware hacker. The articles have a rating system so you know which ones are viewed as the best by the readers.

Technical Career Institutes. This is the #1 ranked school in the USA for electronics engineering for the last 9 years.
GoRobotics Article
Shaft encoders; such a great way to add a closed-loop functionality to your robots propulsion systems. This article shows how to add one DIRECTLY into a servo!!! What a great idea!!
LCD Modules
If you have ever wanted to interface an LCD module to a project, or even to your PC (Parallel Port)  this is the site to check out. It has all kinds of schematics, diagrams and examples of how to use the industry standard HD44780-Based LCD Modules. In fact most of the LCDs that you see are these very same. Plus they are very inexpensive compared to the Serial interface kind.
MarkIII Robots
This is the MarkIII robot store. There is great documentation on the MarkIII robot. A very nice creation. It's often useful for me to browse these kind of sites so I can get good ideas of how things can be connected together. This is a nice clearly navigated site.

Stephane Gauthier. This is someone else's robotics website. They really know there stuff. They have a great way of mounting optical encoders. Also a wonderful design for suspension.

Reverse Engineering a PC Keyboard
This is a teachers lesson plan for teaching a class about how to figure out the protocol for a PS/2 keyboard. Oscilloscope plots are littered through out, giving a very clear picture of what's going on. It has been very useful to me. It has allowed me to incorporate a Key Board into my projects. (PDF Format).

Good site for beginners and advanced alike to the game DAOC. They have Stats for crafting and different character classes. Walkthroughs for Quests and tasks, the latest news regarding patches, Good forums and item descriptions are very good.

Nice source for electronics beginners. Many many kits with a nice site layout. If you want a robot kit this is the place to look. Also has those mini RC cars, mini RC tanks & mini RC Boats!!
The Robot Marketplace
Mostly geared toward battle bots, however this is still a good source for DC gear motors and nice foam wheels.
Budget Robotics
Robotics can become an expensive hobby. These guys understand, they have everything you need at a decent price.

Great place that's cheap. Good place to get Moding components, or any single components for that matter.
Kronos Robotics
This is another robotics site, that has some useful information & you can order parts from, although I never have.
DigiKey
This has got to be the best place to order electronic components from. They have no minimums and are competitively priced. I can say from experience that their customer service is great. However Jameco has a little bit better selection online.
Images SI
These guys are a Staten Island based company that sells the coolest stuff, from cool sensors (like flex sensors), to sonar ...etc. Also a close source for PIC components.
Resistor Calculator
This is a very neat Java Page that calculates resistor color codes for you and shows you the colors graphically.
Hobby Engineering
This is a site I just recently found. Its very neat and covers allot of different Ideas. They also sell products like robot bases & Servos etc.
AT Keyboard FAQ
If you are going to do any projects that involve an AT (PC) keyboard, this site is a must. It is a comprehensive FAQ about the Keyboard and all of its quirks.
